The public directory currently includes 73 licensed facilities in First Nations child care: 71 child-care centres and 2 home-based providers. Home-based care is delivered in a provider’s own home, and where it is arranged through an agency the address shown is the agency office.

These licensed child-care programs are administered by First Nations, in their communities and on-reserve, rather than by a municipal service manager. Fee subsidies and CWELCC, where offered, are arranged through each First Nation. Contact the centre to ask what applies. Some locations are shown as approximate.
