Wind & Tide's central Administration office states office hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM, with phone lines available until 4PM; this is the chain's administration office, not confirmed as the Clayton centre's own hours.
A parent creates a family account on Wind and Tide's online Parent Portal, adds their child, and clicks Apply for a Program for the class they want, after which the application is placed on a waitlist until the office processes it.
